First week back

all I know is that I feel emotionally drained. The insomnia is back big time. I'm shaky and exhausted. I want to go swim but don't think the workout will be a good one. Who knows. Close to tears. All week. I even started crying when Ira was dictating. He saw and I couldn't choke it back. He was so cute. A speedy "I'll come back" and he ducked out. Lol very sweet and respectful.
